12/27 - Streetside Cafe

Well, this was a pretty much Jake's gig...his family was there and he has a brand new fan!

Let's just say that Jake's new fan was high on "life". And I'm pretty sure he couldn't decide where he wanted to be from. His accent kept changing from British to Australian-ish to American-ish. When he made his exit, he kissed me on the right cheek, then the left cheek and then came back to the right cheek telling me that "we do it 3 times". But wait, there's more ~ he said "cheers" and then "chow". Maybe that was his way of telling us that he was happy and going to grab a bite to eat.

This guy was also a "photographer". He had a camera with a flash that was perched about 2 feet above the camera and a zoom lens that could have captured a fly on a blackboard across the street, but he was taking pictures of us from about 2 feet away.

He also did a duet with Jake...on his air guitar.

We get all kinds.
